Had to pay them just to get an estimate for pool repairs. Unethical practice. They were never forthcoming with a full estimate on repairs as requested. All I got were excuses as to why they couldn’t quote part of the job. Never replied to a simple question I had regarding the one quote they sent. I ended up ordering the parts and doing the repairs myself. Unethical. Unprofessional. Stay away if you know what is good for you.
