These people are so unprofessional they are not there to help homeowners. Telling me I needed to work out with my neighbors for them to maintain of their property. 8 weeks of emailing them for them to tell me this. So I need to look at my neighbors unkept lawn and still pay hoa dues!! The most rude and dismissive people to try to communicate with
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness from this HOA management group. Emails were repeatedly ignored or brushed off, and it took three months—yes, three whole months—to address a persistent leak in our kitchen ceiling. The disregard for timely maintenance and basic homeowner concerns is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a management team that values accountability and prompt service, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Same company will just side with HOA board. Also very unprofessional when talking to community members. Will not respond unless it’s a dues or fines issue. Stay away
Stay away from this company! Worst HOA management company I've ever seen. I put a review on a few years ago and it hasn't changed. Can't wait for the 3 year contract to be up!!!!
