Don't trust information you receive from these people. I was told that something was illegal in Horry County. I done some research. It wasn't. I confronted them and they will not own up to it. Just received a notice I had put up a fence without there permission. My fence was approved before they took over back in 2023.
This group doesn't respond to emails - doesn't answer phone calls - doesn't return calls when messages are left for them. I honestly don't know what my dues are being used for. Have to pay dues to a Las Vegas address. This is the way a Professional Management Company operates.
Awful, if I could give 0 stars I would. This mgmt company has no interest in actually managing your community. All they care about is collecting your money every month. The only time they do something is when a neighbor or board member complains about a property. There is no due diligence on their behalf because they dont really care about the actual "management" part of their job.
