Makinsay just now called me back and was very nice. She put me on the waitlist and was very understanding to my needs. It took a long time to get to talk to someone, and I understand they work a limited amount of days but when she did call, she was very helpful. The problem I have is with Rent café. There’s no way to talk to anyone to explain the situation I’m in. Since they have so many apartments all over the United States, they should be more accessible to phone calls and they won’t reply to my emails. This is extremely f... read more
