DISGUSTING SALESPEOPLE - Stay as far away as you can from these clowns. Dude was upset I wanted to take 12-24 hours to read the contract before I signed it and bought the home. RUN AWAY
I purchased an "Express" home. The OVERALL experience was ok. I knocked off a couple of stars, because some of the finishing touches were lacking in quality. During the construction process, after the Sheet Vinyl floors were installed, there was no protection put down. There were several trades working, tracking debris into the house. There was several areas where there were cuts or tears on the vinyl. The Vinyl company came and repaired floor.
