Horrible experience. RENTERS BEWARE! We were told we would only have to pay the application fee of $180 once approved. With that being said we paid thinking we were approved. I met with “a friend of the homeowner” her name was Julia she said she was only stepping in because the home owner asked her to help get the property rented. He needed her to step in because the house has been listed for over 7 months. I filled out her application and then was sent here to fill out there applications.
