my mom loved the customer service!
My Mother rented from this place for a few years and it was a nightmare. Never wanted to replace broken appliances, always used a "handyman" and not an actual professional for repairs and the realtor, who was BFFs with the owner, once snapped at her because she was planning to move and there were boxes around the place. Duh! Final straw was the roof leak. This time they actual sent out professionals, after they sent the "handyman". A/C unit and duct work were full of three types of toxic mold.
