Went to another mechanic that told me my transmission was completely damaged and wouldn’t last. I wanted to get a second quote, Craig from palm city transmission said I can come in for a diagnostic and he was completely thorough and transparent with me. He explained what the problem could really be and how to fix it. He was extremely professional and diligent. There are not too many good people these days but these guys are good people!
It’s hard to find a place that you trust is being honest when it comes to your vehicle. Not only am I confident Craig was honest, he went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on. Thank you for reminding us that not every mechanic is a scam and that good people still exist.
