I rarely write reviews, but after my horrifying experience with Palm City Cleaning, I feel obligated to warn others. To start, the cleaning products they used left a strong chemical odor that lingered for days. My entire family, including my two young children, experienced headaches, coughing, and nausea shortly after their visit. I later learned the products they used were not the non-toxic, family-safe ones I had specifically requested in advance. This is not only negligent—it’s dangerous. The service was unprofessional, inconsistent, and not worth the cost. The owner, Anna, was rude, dismissive of concerns, and completely unresponsive to feedback. Would not recommend to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
