Worked with Neil (internet mgr of sales) he and I worked out a price on my trade in. When I went in to pick up my new vehicle; the sales mgr. said he was offering $1500 less than the amount previously agreed to by the internet sales mgr. I'm from Texas and I believe your word is your bond! This kind of service is substandard

This dealership is not helpful when it comes to service.I have a Chevrolet impala with only 20,000 miles which has a loud ticking noise in the dash(module) and was told the Impala are notorious for this issue and Chevrolet says I must pay for the diagnosis when I was already told by the Customer Experience Manager over the phone that he knows what the issue is. They want money up front which I will not pay to replace what should be a lemon law! This is horrible cs.

Took my car in for transmission issues. Told me what needed to be fixed. $2000 later still had the same issue. Brought car back and they told me I should have never had the work done: the car was not worth fixing, was so badly rusted all fluid lines were leaking, and the car was not safe to have on the hoist. They offered to work with me on a new car with them giving $1000 down and waiving the dealership fee. Worst place to ever consider " If you want the typical old school sales tactics, back and forth nonsence with numbers than go here. If you want to have to come back and. Redo all your paperwork or find out try lied, never gave you what they promise then go ahead. Most dishonest company I've ever seen. No leadership, no control, nice salespeople whom definitely deserve better upper management and service. The sales person, Robert Devonal-Blatt treated us with respect & went over & beyond of what I expect from a salesperson. He genuinely cared about us. The Finance MGR, JD, did not pressure us to buy optional services but explained them to us in a way that helped us to decide which ones we wanted. Not being pressured kept us from just saying no & we then purchased several services.

On Aug 7th I traded with Palm Chevy. I told them the payoff they quoted was incorrect as I had paid in more. The salesman told me I would get a refund as soon as they got the correct amount owed and paid off the folks I owed. On Aug 17th, Palm Chevy paid off **************. I checked and got the amount paid by Palm Chevy. Since that date, Palm Chevy has known the amount due me, but have not sent the refund. I have called twice. Traded my vehicle for new Camaro on Aug 7. Was due a refund because of difference in payoff and what I had paid. Palm Chevy paid of my account on Aug 17 and have known since that time what they owed on my refund. However today is 50 days since that payoff and I still have not received my refund... Happy customer?? Not likely....
