Staff was very friendly and made an effort to make you feel valued as a customer. Only critique would be the entry. There are several stations on entry at two different counters with agents coming and going from their posts and variably engaged on the phone or with other customers. It is very unclear where the “line” forms. There is really no space to Q up, and unclear where to Q up.
When I called and made the appointment I was told oil change would be 84.95, but when my husband paid it was 109.47. We were also at the dealership at least 90 minutes for the service.
