Water leaking into the car through the sunroof….not uncommon in a Traverse…still cost $250 and 2 days to “diagnose” the issue and make the repair. I bought the “platinum” warranty from Gettel that DID NOT cover “water intrusion,” so I paid $1500.00 out of pocket, mostly labor @ $259.00 per hour….which is crazy…..’til now, Gettel handled all maintenance on this car since new, but probably no longer….

We were treated horribly from the first phone call.We made. We never squabbled about paying full price for our seventy five thousand dollar g m c denali pickup. It has thirty five thousand miles on it.And the best warranty that could be purchased the platinum package.The check engine light came on.And we contacted the service department.We were abruptly told we have to call to have it.So there's nothing they can do.Also, they had no type of loaner car, and we would have to find transportation, which we did on our own.With en... read more
