The sales person, Robert Devonal-Blatt treated us with respect & went over & beyond of what I expect from a salesperson. He genuinely cared about us. The Finance MGR, JD, did not pressure us to buy optional services but explained them to us in a way that helped us to decide which ones we wanted. Not being pressured kept us from just saying no & we then purchased several services.
Traded my vehicle for new Camaro on Aug 7. Was due a refund because of difference in payoff and what I had paid. Palm Chevy paid of my account on Aug 17 and have known since that time what they owed on my refund. However today is 50 days since that payoff and I still have not received my refund... Happy customer?? Not likely....
