Please avoid and look into this as a last resort. They give less than a 24hours notice if anyone is coming for a walk through or repairing something without notice, and I had a gentleman entire the home when I was not decent because there wasnt a notice for it. We had our balcony looked at without notice and there were workers that had destroyed several of our decorations, and had entered our home without consent to put the busted up decor inside. Poorest communication among any apartment complex I've lived. Cheapest repairs to real problems and will leave residents without a home for months without timely reimbursement for damages that could have been avoided. Residents are leaving in droves due to raised rent or poor experience like Water Damage. 2 washers and driers for an entire complex. The location is great, just blocks from Downtown Burbank shopping. Have been trying for over a week to set up a virtual tour with this place. When we finally got it set up, they no showed us. We called and the number connected us to someone handling the Burbank Town Center and they wouldn’t connect us with anyone from Palm Capri.
Management will go to extreme lengths to ignore you when you need something.
