Dr Ertl has retired. The office is still answering calls to provide access to medical records but they're not accepting patients nor providing any dermatology services.
Just found out Dr Ertl has retired a few weeks ago. No recommendation as to who to go to. I wish him well but hate establishing care with a new doctor.
Excellent! Let me begin by saying that I've had the misfortune of having 95% of my lifelong experience with health care practitioners being terrible. Dr. Ertl broke that patern. He has an actual personality that he'll share with you. He DOES NOT give you just 5 minutes then rush you out the door. He gives you the time that you need. He answers your questions patiently. He's professional while also being personable. When you finally meet someone like him, it makes you wonder why everyone else doesn't get it.
