We had a great experience with Tim and Palm Builders. After our bottom level flooded from Helene and another contractor struggled to get us through permitting, I hired Palm Builders to complete our inside rebuild and to also build on an outdoor Lanai. Tim was exceptional in terms of scoping, contracting, and timely execution of the work with a high degree of quality. Any concerns I raised with workmanship were quickly and fully addressed. I would highly recommend Palm Builders. I added family and laundry room and Tim made sure everything was being done. If I had any concerns I could call him at any time and he would deal with it immediately. I would highly recommend Palm Builders Gulfcoast.
