I’ve had the opportunity to work with Palm Builders on several large additions and remodels, and I can honestly say Tim and TJ are among the most friendly and professional contractors I’ve met. They run a great operation and truly care about their work. If you’re in the Treasure Island area and need a reliable builder, these are definitely the guys to call.
We had a great experience with Tim and Palm Builders. After our bottom level flooded from Helene and another contractor struggled to get us through permitting, I hired Palm Builders to complete our inside rebuild and to also build on an outdoor Lanai. I would highly recommend Palm Builders. I added family and laundry room and Tim made sure everything was being done. If I had any concerns I could call him at any time and he would deal with it immediately. I would highly recommend Palm Builders Gulfcoast.
