So unprofessional and majority of the staff, I’m not gonna say all because some of them have a heart for these kids but the other ones are beyond disrespectful not only to my child but to myself how was it allowed they get a 10 minute phone call once a week And the counselor is constantly rudely interrupting our conversation with nonsense that she could’ve asked before the conversation or after and when I said it nicely, you know these kids look forward to speaking to their family once a week for only 10 minutes and I’m sure... read more
Staff is completely unprofessional very rude to parents lack communication with their own colleagues.
Need to be shut down the staffs get kids to jump on your kids never can get a hold of them my son never get his mail this is the worst program ever I will be starting a case this month to get them shut down
