Only giving 2nd star because Steve was very kind and accommodating. I was given a written quote, then charged almost double when the work was done. Was told it was because they made a "mistake" & only quoted me for 1 tire instead of the 2 that I asked for. I understand that mistakes happen, but no one bothered to call me to let me know. I am a disabled senior with no income & Steve knew this. I'm very upset and disappointed. I went there because of the 5 star reviews. Very disappointed, I went in last week to have my tires balanced well while I was waiting them balance and place my tires back on my vehicle they broke my lug nuts while I was watching. I brought it to there attention they have the audacity to tell me that it was already broken when I came in. I told them that I physically saw this man break them. Again they told me not there problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THERE BEHAVIOR. I PROMISE NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK...
I've been going there since I moved to Palm Beach County. They are great and accommodating. The place is bigger than it looks and they have a bunch or mechanics. I'm always out quicker than I expect and the price is cheaper than I expected
I absolutely love this place. Even yesterday with the power outage they were fast and reliable. I will definitely be going to them in the future.
