Great experience! The salon is so well taking care of! The staff cares so much about your visit!
My husband and I got our first spray tan ever and we came out striped because we weren’t given any directions whatsoever as to what would happen once we walked into the spray booth. The associate up front told me “it will be a lesson learned” if I came back. It would have been nice if they would have walked us back and did a little explaining at to how it would work once we were ready. We were also told it would be BOGOF over the phone and that was not the case.
I went in and the girl at the counter sold me visits and talked me into up grading and said I can use these whenever that they don’t expire. A couple weeks later another girl at the counter said they were expired, I told her what happened and she said the manager would call me the next morning and never received a call. Beware
The place is clean and the staff is friendly except for Tonya, the manager. Both times I’ve interacted with her she’s been incredibly rude. Due to Tonya and her attitude and having no clue about customer service I am leaving and not coming back! She’s rude and knows nothing about being a nice and kind person.
