Used a free tan coupon and was told I couldn't tan more than 5 mins or that the bed starts automatically if u use restroom first! The bed had already started an had 3min 49sec left but it shut off at 3 mins so I got less than a 1 min tan! After informing Jessica whom has zero customer service skills, she said sorry only a manager can fix it I told her to go look the timer was still running I didn't even tan for a whole min all I got was SORRY! friendly and helpful
Started using the savannah location since i went to GSU. Had a platinum membership, but recently upgraded to the Diamond membership. This location has its pros and cons, but my biggest concern is paying for a platinum membership but only being out into level 1 and 2 beds ONLY even when i request i level 3. I since started going to pooler and they were the ones to notice that. HORRIBLE UNHAPPY employees…..no one ever smiles and they seem so miserable!!! Surprised this place does any business AT ALL!!!
