Started using the savannah location since i went to GSU. Had a platinum membership, but recently upgraded to the Diamond membership. This location has its pros and cons, but my biggest concern is paying for a platinum membership but only being out into level 1 and 2 beds ONLY even when i request i level 3. I since started going to pooler and they were the ones to notice that. HORRIBLE UNHAPPY employees…..no one ever smiles and they seem so miserable!!! Surprised this place does any business AT ALL!!!
You always have to pay for your sunglasses and they don't get you the cheapest ones. Very 😢.
What is going on with this location lately? I used to love coming here with their friendly staff. I’m not sure what happened to the friendly staff, but the new people are terrible and look depressed. There’s a woman there just about every morning who seems to be ridden with anxiety or just overwhelmed with the daily tasks. She makes me feel odd as it’s always a struggle for her.
