I NEVER leave a negative review, however as a customer for 4 years, today is the day I’ll leave my first negative review. I always believe that people are good until proven otherwise. I stepped in to do a spray tan in the Versa spa. I was never greeted by the person at the desk, I stood in line, while she spent 15 minutes going over all products with a customer and prices. I ended my tanning contract yesterday because #5 isn't working at all for more than two weeks. Then bed #6 has a light that keeps flickering for the last week. If I'm paying a monthly fee I would like to have tanning beds that actually work. I liked the location because it's easy to get to. However, I'm more than willing to drive to another tanning place in order to receive better tanning beds.
