The girls that work here are always so sweet and knowledgeable, but being a client can be a little frustrating sometimes. It’s usually really busy when I come, and I don’t mind waiting (usually about 15+ min wait if I come around 6pm), but today I came at 8:10 PM (they close at 9pm) to avoid the rush and the heat so I didn’t sweat before my tan and all the lights were off. They need to get the air conditioner fixed! 3 different days they were closed because of this!
Update 2025: Same garbage this summer! Salon is constantly closed because the AC isn't working, but yet we keep paying for a membership with no reimbursement when we can't tan for weeks. The only other location near me is also closed because their AC is also down, complete joke. Last summer someone "higher up" called claiming AC was fixed, which was a lie. The manager omg I can't remember her name but she's amazing she got everything straightened out for me so I didn't have to pay for a bunch of days I wasn't there. I was a little late on the 25th being the day you cannot put your account on hold past
