All the employees are super nice and helpful. Salon is always clean.
I went tanning yesterday and Donna already had me checked into my favorite bed. She said go right in John ,your all set. Great customer service, very friendly and polite Even when I had an issue that I did not cause she patiently helped me through it. She was even assisting an employee and another client while helping me. Stellar job, great attitude, and super nice.
Very disappointed In the customer service. Don’t sign anything unless you read it. But that is hard to do when you can’t see anything your asked to sign and not provided full details. Don’t sign the signature pad that has no information on it. Your not fully told what your signing up for, then when you question the deduction from your bank account, your told that you can ask for a printed copy after you sign the disclosure, but by that point the damage is already done.
