Very disappointed In the customer service. Don’t sign anything unless you read it. But that is hard to do when you can’t see anything your asked to sign and not provided full details. Don’t sign the signature pad that has no information on it. Your not fully told what your signing up for, then when you question the deduction from your bank account, your told that you can ask for a printed copy after you sign the disclosure, but by that point the damage is already done. the new manager sucks i was a member for 5 years and i will never be returning they never know your name and always take forever to put u in a bed i used to love it here now it sucks they all act like they hate there job just a nasty environment
I been going there for over 20 years. Quite today. Discussed with the place Would not recommend it...now going to GLOW .better bed .price wise better more to offer ..manager's alot more friendly..beautiful inside..clean
