They had a promotion for a free spray tan which I signed up for and had in my email. I called and confirmed and drove all the way out here. Then I arrive and they refused to honor it because I was returning customer though I haven’t been in years. Really disappointing experience, and they had such an attitude. Would never recommend coming here!
I went in to see about a membership, and Luna was very helpful. She wasn't pushy which was really nice. She was respectful and kind. Stellar service. Even though I didn't get a membership right now, I was grateful for not feeling super pressured and like I had to right then.
Luna explained the different level of beds they had and the benefits of each level. Definitely recommend!
