Brooklyn has been amazing to my wifea and I. We were treated with poor customer service by a local competitor. Went to this place and was treated amazing by Brooklyn. She even made it irrestible to upgrade to 💎. Kudos to her and her great communication and hospitality.
Jordan is always so welcoming and just has a way of brightening my day every time I visit the salon.
I have always had a good experience with the staff at Palm Beach Tan in the past and recently. I was not visiting PBT during the time period of the negative reviews below so I cannot speak for that time period. Lia and Hailey are the best. They always meet you with a smile.
Started coming to get spray tans and have really enjoyed the customer service and beds they provide. Jaden is always sweet and genuine!
I give this place 5 Stars Because of the helpful Staff. Jaden and Hailey really put an effort into helping the customers. I would recommend this place to anyone.
