Wish I could rate this place and Macy 10 stars! Macy was so informative and friendly. They literally have every product to fit your individual needs. They even have a self tanner that they can customize to give you the perfect shade and you can do in the comfort of your own home to keep your tan looking fresh. Definitely check out Palm Beach Tan in Upland for your next tanning service - they don’t disappoint.

I have been a member on and off for over 20 years. I decided to renew my membership in May. I normally tan at the Upland location. However, since May I have probably waited 10 times outside for the doors to open. If the salon opens at 9 o’clock somebody should be there at 8:30 to open the doors promptly at 9 o’clock. Yesterday was 17 minutes I waited for someone to show up to open and finally I left. Yesterday five people left and was hopeful and still no one was there to open the salon.
