Cali in the front who helps check you in is the most helpful and informative representative at the salon. She is always so kind and attentive. She also is very helpful when explaining membership plans and tanning levels.

I would be very weary about signing up for anything here. I went once and got a tan. I signed up for the monthly. I left town for a month and tried to cancel on the phone. They said I had to come in person (my fault, I should’ve read the fine print). When I got back in town I went in person. Apparently I had missed the deadline to cancel that month so i I was going to have to pay a third month of service for my one time visit. I wasn’t happy but cancelled and let it be. Been going here for years very sad that the people who work there cannot be more professional. Waited in line 2 girls checking people in I guess I got the slow girl cuz the other 2 people who came in after me got the beds before me and I was told my only option was a level 1 bed.

Very disappointed in how I was treated due to their poor customer service in reviewing in detail the freeze and cancellation policy and steps. To seek a solution, I was instructed from the upland location to call corp and in which they acknowledge I was not properly instructed in how what I thought was a cancellation. Little did I know every month money was being taken out of my account. Corp explained an exception will be made to give me credit toward a membership. Very helpful staff got us checked in for the first time easily and got my daughter her first spray tan on our vacation.
