Totally strange experience. A lady went off on us for using moisurizer, and for my husband helping apply it. Her attitude was totally unnecessary and it was totally invasive. She complained that she had told us multiple times not to use oil, though she had actually never spoken to me about this, and it should not be a problem to begin with. Me and my friend had recently been in the need of a spray tan, we had never been to this place before at all. Online it had said “Sign Up For A Free First Time Service” or something like that so we did that and we went to this store. On the door it says First Time Members Free Service including spray, uv, etc. or something of that sort. We go in and ask about the free tan that is specified on the door and the supposed manager said that there is no free anything. Clean, friendly staff, always always a positive experience!!!
They have owed me a refund since July 6th and I've yet to hear back from anyone. I've called the local location multiple times a week and left multiple voicemails on the corporate line and nothing. Should I just dispute the charge with my bank at this point? I'm so frustrated. My account was supposed to be frozen and this shouldn't have ever happened in the first place.
What a joke! I pay $80 a month to tan. 2nd time this week I've driven 20 mins up there, WASTING gas for them to say we can't use the beds bc it gets too hot in there... seriously!?!? Invest in a better cooling system for Gods sake! I have never in my 30 years of tanning have had a place say they shut down if it's too hot. And to top it off, it was cold in there. I immediately asked to cancel and said I want my refund ASAP
