Absolutely love this tanning salon. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and are knowledgeable about the products. On one visit, I witnessed a customer not being so nice to one of the girls and that staff member held it together and gave her more kindness then she deserved, so very professional too. Thank you all for making every visit a pleasant experience.
⸻ I recently unfroze my membership and had been coming in consistently without issue. On this visit, I was told my account was still frozen. After explaining the situation, I was asked to wait for a manager. Although they eventually said they would fix it, there was no ownership of the error—just an “I’m sorry if you feel that way” response, which comes across as dismissive, not customer service.
