Faithful member love the smiling faces. But it would be nice if customers are provided complimentary water.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Changed banking information with two different employees, yet they still tried to draft wrong bank account and I was charged overdraft fees, then cancelled the membership, and was assured by two different employees that the membership was cancelled, and now, the third overdraft in a row on a bank account that no longer has deposits going to it. Have not heard anything about a refund for the overdraft fees or the membership dues for the cancelled membership. I actually have to close my b... read more
Great staff and tanning beds...
Wanted to charge me $22 for 1 session and tell me I can't get the full 8 minutes because 1st time tanning there, even though obvious by my skin color, I have been tanning elsewhere for years. Well, they lost a possible long term client...
