Great place with great people.
Been coming here for almost 10 years now before they were palm Beach.. Lady sold me sunless tanning lotion that is a self tanner... I didn't know that and didn't want that. I asked her to exchange it ..and instead of exchanging she tells me I have to pay for another lotion...if employees don't know the products, then they shouldn't be selling the crap! Looking into another salon to go... Not staying somewhere they don't take care of long time and loyal customers.Extremely disappointed!! $100 gift card and got 2 lotions I'll.... read more
Tanning rooms felt very unclean unlike EVERY other palm beach ive ever stepped into. The women working the counter on night/afternoon shift on 1/3/26 was absolutely disgustingly RUDE will absolutely NOT be returning to this location!
