I’ve been a member for 7+ years and this location is a joke. Zero customer service. Call here for this. Call there for this. Oh and corporate is a different point of contact. I am being over charged $30 a month and no one can tell me why and no one can fix it. I called corporate office, left 6 voicemails with no return phone call. Called the Baytown location manager back and she stated she had never spoken to me. This is crazy. WHO’S ON FIRST??? Perfect example of poor customer service.
Great tanning salon! Super friendly staff and always clean. I rarely have to wait which makes it awesome for a quick tan during my lunch break.

My favorite PB location. Professional staff. Takes time to explain specials and promos not in a pushy way like most of the houston locations. Beds are always clean. Several beds of each level.
I love this place, the girls behind the counter are always so friendly and accommodating , the facility is super clean, and it’s seldom so busy that I have to wait
