I love tanning here! I haven't been in since 2019 and decided it was time to get started again because it just makes you feel good. I walked in and was greeted by Emma. She's absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what package. But she went through everything with me to help me decide what was best for me. I’ve been a loyal customer. Palm beach failed to cancel my membership and charged for 10 months without authorization. Stay far away.
I had been tanning here for about two years when I encountered a problem with a new staffer. Rather than argue with this girl behind the desk I asked for the contact information for the manager. I was given an email address. After politely messaging this general manager for several weeks without receiving even one reply I contacted the corporate office in Texas.
