I came in this evening to start a new membership and was greeted by Hannah! She was really nice, genuine, and very informative. I wasn’t expecting to have such a good experience and be fully walked through each bed on now they work and each feature they have to the best of her ability (if one was in use). I went in to ask about signing up for a membership, when I asked about trying their services “first time free” the girls looked at me like I was insane. The two girls working looked very young and had rough customer service skills. I’ll keep looking for a tanning salon that feels more welcoming.
