Aubrey is a gem at Palm Beach Tan! I came in to sign up again for monthly tans and she was so sweet. She explained clearly all the programs, the disclosures to sign, how the beds and spray tans worked! She’s a great little salesperson and I ended up getting the premier package and product. Probably because she was such a pleasure to deal with ( and maybe the red light too ) thank you Aubrey! If I were your boss you would be getting a raise!
The front staff needs to learn how to multitask While the young lady was setting up a new client which takes a long time and I think is intrusive to the new person I asked her to check me in so I can give them all the time and not be right behind the new client. The young woman then said first customer gets dealt with first. Really? Learn how to use two computers at once. And if that’s not feasible the company needs to make that accessible to their staff.
Jorden C…is so nice and helpful every time I stop by. The entire staff is always so happy and helpful too.
Another stellar location. They take good care of you and make sure you get the results you are looking for.
