I cancelled my membership with Palm Beach Tan years ago. All the sudden they are stating I used them in December and I owe money and service fees. So this location that I have never used keeps calling saying I have a signed membership and they do not have any cancellation on my account. I have never even used the Laguna Niguel location. I moved away from OC years ago. Of course, all the people calling and harassing me for money can't help me. Above, excellent! I’ve known manager, Lindsey since she started at my tanning salon. Since has been taken over by Palm Beach. She continues to stay true with her above excellent customer service. She is always pleasant, compassionate and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. I hope that she can be recognized for being outstanding and doing whatever she can to fix and/or keep customers satisfied!
