Girl at the front with curly blonde hair was extremely rude. As a former PBT employee, I would never hire someone that acted the way she did. She was rude before I could even get through their security door. I'd never been to this location before so I didn't know which door to open but it was an inconvenience for her to have to tell me. Autum with palm beach victory park was an exceptionally rude and stubborn manager. I had initially bought 3 spray tans for $95 (dark included) she refused to give me my last spray tan that I’ve already paid for without tacking on an additional $20! I’ve gotten 2 spray tans prior to this and no problem no extra fees. Even if I was improperly sold the package it is the managers responsibility to make it right. I just moved to the area and went in to get information prices etc and the lady at the front was very rude just said go to the website I asked do you have any information and again all she said was go on the website in a rude manner .
