Autum with palm beach victory park was an exceptionally rude and stubborn manager. I had initially bought 3 spray tans for $95 (dark included) she refused to give me my last spray tan that I’ve already paid for without tacking on an additional $20! I’ve gotten 2 spray tans prior to this and no problem no extra fees. Even if I was improperly sold the package it is the managers responsibility to make it right. I just moved to the area and went in to get information prices etc and the lady at the front was very rude just said go to the website I asked do you have any information and again all she said was go on the website in a rude manner .

Just moved here from out of state. I am a frequent tanner/membership holder. Called here to inquire about the free 1 time trial tan for new clients. Walk over, first try to sell me on the highest level package to include level 5 I only want the $69 package but need to try the bed first after I give my info and I’m told if I don’t buy lotion or use lotion to tan that the first 3 minutes the UV bounces off you so the first 3 minutes won’t tan you.
