Love this place. Staff is charming, they always have deals and promotions going on, facilities are kept up, flexible, scheduling, and the best machines are here. Best location in OC!
Mykayla greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was so helpful. Sold me on a tan extender as I have not been using one. The salon was very clean and cool On this hot summer day . I look forward to coming back.
Bri was amazing at the Irvine location. Very professional. She helped me out with color choices and instruction. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the process.
Really bad customer service. I cancelled my membership, and they charged me anyway. The associate on the phone was rude; she said she doesn't see it on her end and she can't do anything. No options, no solutions; she was in a hurry to hang up...
