My experience was excellent at the Mooresville salon. Brittney Labretone is a great manager, which is demonstrated by having a very clean facility, beds that work or repaired as quickly as possible, an excellent Red Light facility and a friendly well trained staff.

**UPDATED REVIEW** 6/30/2026 I’ve been to multiple locations, which is why this experience was disappointing. After not coming in for a few weeks (while still maintaining regular outdoor sun exposure and my existing tan), I was told I had to cut my session completely in half. I understand and respect safety policies, but what frustrated me was the inconsistency in how it was explained compared with other locations.
