Kaitlyn was super sweet and apologetic today. Once again the Versapro was out of the bronzer I use. She was very honest that what they did have in stock would not be a good color match for me. She set me up in the Sunscape with what would work best for me. She made the best of a bad situation that wasn’t her fault. Disappointed that PBT has been out of the bronzer all week.

I love this location! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I appreciate how clean and tidy it is every time I came to tan. Shout out to the friendliest employee Lynzi! Lynzi took her time to explain in detail what was best for my tanning needs and educated me on what products best fit my tanning goals. I was lost and now I feel like an expert because of Lynzi!
Katelyn and her team are the best and always know their products and tanning bed devices. They also also go above and beyond in hospitality and kindness !
