Been a customer for over a decade and usually the staff is very welcoming, friendly and engaging. employee seemed super annoyed that I arrived 30 minutes before closing and was walking on the soaking wet floors they were mopping. No greeting, no farewell, just exasperation. Bummer

Awful experience every time I come in!! I’d never used a tanning bed before this, and this center’s business practices feel slimy. On my first visit, the manager sold me products I didn’t actually need — I was nervous and didn’t know better, so I went along with it. When I tried to return them and get the product I actually needed, the manager was never in. By the time I finally caught her, it was too late to return anything. NEVER get a membership from these scam artists. I cancelled my membership and now after not going for months they are saying I can’t tan with them because I owe them money. Either it’s a poorly run business or a scam. Regardless I will never trust them with my money again and I will warn as many people as possible. Mistakes happen but the terrible customer service and rude attitude from the lady at the front has me thinking there could be something more sinister here. Her character is obviously very bad

Drove 20 minutes to palm beach tan because it was the only place open later on Saturday. Complete waste of time. I have been tanning for over 20 years and the girl at the front desk refused to let me go anything more than 6 minutes at any level because it was my first time at this location. Yet the price stayed the same with the same amount of minutes.
