I’ve been to this place for a couple of years. I have never had a bad experience but I’ve also never had a visit as good as I did today. Stephanie was so helpful. She explained everything so well and warned me about things with tanning that no one else has ever thought to mention. She looked out for my best interest as far as what I was looking to accomplish as well as my wallet. She came in the room and explained how to adjust the bed settings to my liking. Walked in for a single tan for an event and just felt like I got totally screwed. There's zero prices posted to make an informed decision. The knowledge base of the staff is far from acceptable, especially with a service that can harm someone if not directed in the right direction. Once again, there were no prices anywhere. 2 single use packets of lotion were $30 a piece, and with the 1 tan, it cost us each around $80 for a single tan. Total rip off, horrible staff ....

I had a frustrating experience with this tanning salon. When I signed up, they failed to inform me that I’d be charged prorated for the rest of the month and also charged for the following month upfront. After using their services a few times, I was suddenly told I couldn’t use the facilities because I supposedly owed money. The staff clearly lacks proper communication and organization, leaving customers in the dark about charges.
