It’s so frustrating that the constantly changing staff alter their policies and fees. It seems they just make them up. For instance, I was convinced to freeze my membership in order to avoid activation fee. I ld pay a lower monthly fee that would be applied towards the service when I chose to resume it. Now, I come back to unfreeze my membership and discover that only a portion of that amount goes towards the service and yet again I need to pay re-activation fee. that defeats the purpose of freezing the membership if I need... read more

Friendly employee behind the desk. But they stated they don’t have Halo pods and I quote “keep forgetting to order them.” I only come for the sauna with Halo. So instead I’ll go to the Buckhead location.

I have been a member at PBT for 8 years and have been going to the Howell Mill Road location most often over the past five years. I wanted to say how great the team there is at all times. Most recently, Bailey, the manager along with Zoe and Anna have always made me feel like an insider. I appreciate them!

I just went in today and received wonderful customer service from Olga. She was knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to see her at this location often! The lay and spray including the sauna package is a great deal. The salon is very well kept and comfortable.
