This review reflects my experience at this location only. I have had great interactions at the Milton and John's Creek location. I purchased a spray tan membership here in 2025 and things started off great. At one point, I was told if I liked the way my tan looked, I could buy the additives in bulk at discounted rate. Sounded great; they put my name on them and stated to just give my name when I came in to use them. I’ve been going to Palm Beach Tan in the Milton/Alpharetta area and the staff there honestly deserves recognition. Everyone is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly the second you walk in. They take the time to explain products, beds, spray tans, and memberships without making you feel pressured. The salon is consistently clean, organized, and the customer service stands out every visit. The manager Avery was very nice & accommodating! I was supposed to receive a complimentary spray tan for being a new client and at my first visit ended up paying full price for tan and add ons. I called to redeem my free tan and they let me!! Thank you so much!! Now I look beautiful and bronze for my trip to Miami!
I visited this tanning salon while working in Alpharetta for two weeks, and these girls absolutely know their stuff. Their customer service is top-notch — knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely great with people. Gloria is a total rockstar and truly deserves a promotion.
