The audio in the spray tan booth doesn't work properly, I couldn't hear any of the instructions. Tanning spray ran down my leg in dark streaks and when I told the girl out front, she acted like she could care less. The booth itself smelled bad.
I came in this location to see what great deals they had going on and I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Jo-leigh and she was amazing she helped me find the best deal ever. She helped me figure out what levels of bed I needed for my skin tone what great lotions I needed and how to obtain a great tan for the summer I highly recommend this location and her as your representative thanks I really appreciate you and all your great customer service skills and satisfaction
I LOVE this PBT. The store is extremely clean, the beds are clean and the store is always comfortable to be in. I have tanned in multiple beds and have also utilized the spray tan, which are all fantastic. Everyone at this store is wonderful to deal with and very kind. JoLeigh is who I’ve dealt with on most occasions and is very knowledgeable on products, beds and how to fully utilize the services. Thank you Alpharetta PBT for an amazing experience. I will continue to come here and recommend your store. Bravo!
I’ve been tanning with Palm Beach Tan for years now and it’s my favorite part of my day. I always feel so welcomed and relaxed when I go in, and Mallory always makes sure I’m taken care of and gives the best recommendations when it comes to product!
