The manager Avery was very nice & accommodating! I was supposed to receive a complimentary spray tan for being a new client and at my first visit ended up paying full price for tan and add ons. I called to redeem my free tan and they let me!! Thank you so much!! Now I look beautiful and bronze for my trip to Miami!
I visited this tanning salon while working in Alpharetta for two weeks, and these girls absolutely know their stuff. Their customer service is top-notch — knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely great with people. Gloria is a total rockstar and truly deserves a promotion. She takes incredible care of her customers, and we even had a good laugh realizing her boyfriend and I share the same last name. I visited this location today. all of the employee's were very nice. Lily assisted me today walking me through tanning as a first timer and made me feel very comfortable. the amenities are very clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming again.
This place is great and always super clean! Lily was amazing getting me all set and ready to start tanning!
