There’s a lot of employees that come and go, which has its moments of frustration, but the purpose of my review is to highlight Casey specifically. He is largely the reason I keep coming back. He’s personable and handles busy moments with ease - calmly and professionally. You can tell he truly cares about every customer’s experience. This salon is really lucky to have him. Casey deserves a raise!
These people are so young and extremely focused on making money that they forget how important it is to treat people on a budget. They tend to lie about their promotions in order to maximize sales and their commission.
They lie and say you can’t buy a single session when you can, or won’t let you use your free spray or bed tan for new or returning clients.
