I have been a member at Palm Beach tan for over 20 years. Tonight, at the Eldridge location in Houston, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced at an establishment or place of business. The young girl, Nicole, was frustrated when I arrived at 7:42 when they close at 8pm. So I’ve tanned here for a while and notice that often there are not a lot of competent people working here. There was a guy working here for a while who I’m pretty sure was not cleaning the beds is the first problem. Secondly, I tried out the wellness package for red light therapy and sauna and paid the membership fee for a couple of months but I just didn’t use it enough to keep paying for it.
