Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. Also personable. Bought memberships for both me and my husband. The salt therapy and infrared sauna are amazing.

Been going here pretty clean, not overcrowded. I had a free spray tan and it expired and the workers do not let me know. I thought that was crappy as I was unaware of it expiring when I went into use it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I read the reviews and decided to still give it a shot. For starters when I walked in I was ignored and was not greeted till minutes later while the girl was eating wing stop. Then when I got to my room I found a roach by the head of the tanning bed. Reagan I think was her name and all she said was they had an issue and they were working on it. Overall did not like my experience it was dirty and gross.

DO NOT GO HERE. Your membership automatically renews even when they tell you it won’t. The managers aren’t able to issue any refunds stating that it’s a “corporate issue” and you need to call to get your membership cancelled or get any refunds. This place is a total joke using dark patterns to keep what’s left of their customer base. Emailing BBB next. Absolute morons work here who refuse to give refunds even for their own errors.
