Haley the district manager very rude and wouldn’t even return my calls. They charged me 9 months after i cancelled my account. She said nothing she could do. I said at least comp a few months. She said no way. Very unprofessional. I can’t believe they have her. Barker cypress location cypress tx

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. Also personable. Bought memberships for both me and my husband. The salt therapy and infrared sauna are amazing.

Been going here pretty clean, not overcrowded. I had a free spray tan and it expired and the workers do not let me know. I thought that was crappy as I was unaware of it expiring when I went into use it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I read the reviews and decided to still give it a shot. For starters when I walked in I was ignored and was not greeted till minutes later while the girl was eating wing stop. Then when I got to my room I found a roach by the head of the tanning bed. Reagan I think was her name and all she said was they had an issue and they were working on it. Overall did not like my experience it was dirty and gross.
