The store manager is rude as hell and needs to be retrained for customer service. I try and go when Makayla J is working she's super sweet and very knowledgeable.
If I could give 0 stars I would i just walked in and was greeted by one of the most rudest girls I have come across at the tanning place. Extremely unprofessional couldn't even look me in the eye. And people wonder why there customer service gets bad reviews because they hire rude young people with no professional at all. Really sad I will be canceling my membership. So don't go to the market cypress location or Barker cypress unless you want to be greeted and treated rudely.
