This location is the worst. Had a bad experience last year in February and decided to give it another shot since it’s been over a year… nope same issues. They still don’t even know how to start the beds!! What is supposed to be a relaxing few minutes that I pay a small fortune for each month is always ruined here. Will not come back.
I used to come to this location all the time but now it’s sucks. The girls they had working here previously were awesome now they just got a whole bunch of high schoolers that have 0 customer service experience. I had got another membership and I CANCELLED it the same month for two reasons. 1 I was denied services I payed for then when I tried to get clarification another day I had come in the girl that assisted me was rude for no reason & she was the manager. Purchased a 2 spray tab package, was never advised they expire in 45 days i walked in and the front desk girl stated she couldn't do anything but said I could purchase another spray. This place is a huge disappointment and worst customer service. Empl
