I always catch the manager and assistant manager smoking in the front lobby where the cameras cannot see them... makes the front of the salon smell like weed. The assistant manager Paige is always rude and has an attitude. I would go to the memorial location, but this one is closer to my house. I really wish the management would change. I've brought my concerns to their district manager but she is sadly useless. I pay a lot of money to be treated the way I am.
I love this location, easy parking, nice and friendly staff. Clean beds and rooms. Thank you Marissa for keeping my left behind item and contacting me about it you are the best!
Nice professional group, and very clean inside everytime I visit. Another plus is they keep the front door locked at all times from the homeless that roam the area. They buzz you in. Parking can be a pain but it's just the way shopping center was set up.
