Just got off work and went to go tan, but realized that all Palm Beach tanning local locations close at 7 PM then I found out that they close at 4 PM on Saturdays and 2 PM on Sundays how do they expect normal people that work 9 to 5 come in town that doesn’t even make sense. I’ve had a membership for three years and it’s summertime. Over priced. Always charged me for products I already bought. They run a monopoly on tanning in Riverside. Now that they bought all competitors we no longer have the convenience of multiple tanning options let alone locations close to us. I’m not a fan. Now they will own their own brand of spray tanning machines which means it will be harder to break their monopoly. It’s gross
I know it’s important to sell product but myself and literally 4 other people have been in line for 20 minutes waiting while 2 salespeople are selling product! Can’t they get people j to beds and then spend their time selling?!?!
To tan there even just once you have to sign up for recurring monthly payments. I literally went 3x max in the first month and haven’t been back since and have been billed every month since. My card got stolen and they won’t even let me cancel the payments and account until I pay my account up to balance which I don’t even live in the area. $500 for three times to tan is ridiculous.
