Staff is very pushy to get you to buy new lotion every time you’re in at inflated prices. The manager has a serious attitude issue and expects you to upgrade every time you’re in. Story line- Went in to start my tanning again as I have a virgin cruise coming up on 12-26-24. Also I had been a member for a few years on their lock in rate plan (so my initial rate would stay the same) I suspended my account on May 29th of 2024 they charge $7 per moth when it’s frozen this money can be used when you un-suspend your account. My girlfriend and I went to get a base tan before going on a trip. Olivia was so helpful when signing up and every time we went in, we were always greeted with a smile. They have great deals going on and were knowledgeable on safety, product, and just all around helpful. We’re now back from our trip and are going to continue tanning this season!
