Lila, the manager, was extremely helpful clearing up an account issue with corporate. I have had a membership with Palm Beach Tan for several years at various locations. Each one has always had friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. Love it!
Terrible experience. I went in, telling the attendant I wanted to try the service to get some color before a wedding next week. She was so intent on selling me packages and lotions that she didn’t even tell me how to use the tanning bed. I walked out of there and won’t go back.
I switched from another tanning salon and will never go back! So clean, so friendly, rarely a wait, and they have all the best equipment. Lylah and Tyler are seriously my favorites and such a bright spot in my week!
Great facility, outstanding customer service, Lylah the manager is wonderful. Always feels like a mini vacation.
