My experience was fantastic. The front desk associates were very knowledgeable and FAST. The store was clean, and i was in and out doing BOTH spray tanning and a tanning session in under 15 min. Incredible.
I had a very disappointing experience at Palm Beach Tan due to the district manager’s behavior. The name is Amanda Poss. I came in to use a one-time promotional offer that I received via email, which clearly stated it applied to new or returning customers. Despite this, I was rudely refused service. The district manager raised her voice and argued with me instead of calmly explaining the policy. The entire staff are super helpful and always want to provide the best tanning experience. This salon is by far the cleanest! They've got the best staff, always willing to answer my plethora of questions without delay and with a smile!!! They have the best products! It’s always an amazing experience because the southern hospitality doesn’t disappoint!
