My experience was fantastic. The front desk associates were very knowledgeable and FAST. The store was clean, and i was in and out doing BOTH spray tanning and a tanning session in under 15 min. Incredible.
I had a very disappointing experience at Palm Beach Tan due to the district manager’s behavior. The name is Amanda Poss. I came in to use a one-time promotional offer that I received via email, which clearly stated it applied to new or returning customers. Despite this, I was rudely refused service. The district manager raised her voice and argued with me instead of calmly explaining the policy.
