This location is chaotic. Beds always "down" and not "fixed yet". Manager girl is so pushy and rude. Always a wait because this bed or that bed isn't working. Not returning to this location.
Nice facility…it’s giving spa vibes. Staff is super sweet and helpful, level 5 bed is magical
I normally complain on the website but that doesn't seem to do any good. It's 8:06AM on a Monday morning and no one is at the store. That's a pretty common theme. I've been tanning here for years, and since it switched from DARQ Tan to Palm Beach, there's generally 5 or so mornings each month where nobody is around to open the store. Maybe one day they'll figure out how to hire people who don't suck at their jobs or maybe that's just the new normal.
