The manager Trey is rude and does not notate your acct when you call in. I called in to cancel my account and the money was taken off my card causing my rent not to be paid. I called and spoke to him wanting it refunded. I was told it would not be and when I had to come in by to sign papers (something I was never told when I called before this). I filled out a form with corporate to have it refunded and was told that because he didn't notate my acct I won't get the refund. Very bad business practices and I won't recommend an... read more
The manager (Trey I believe) is rude and always speaks down to people. Constantly being condescending and if you don't want to spend money on extra products he's an a$$hole to you. Would not recommend if you have to deal with him. all the girls there are wonderful. Assistant manager is always lovely and a joy to deal with.

Very nice staff and very clean business. I was surprised by how many beds they have and overwhelmed by the varied technology they have in their beds. Stefani did a great job with showing me around.
