Horrible customer service! I have tried to cancel my monthly subscription since April! I called and left messages to cancel when they were closed for Covid. No one to take any calls! Now they are back open and I went in person to cancel and asked 3 times to make sure it would be cancelled this month! Guess what?! Nope! Charged me again and said they had no record of that! The manager is a liar! She knows I asked her to cancel and she did not do it!! Cannot talk to a person wh… See more

Lufkin Palm Beach Tan is the BEST! The staff are all wonderful (the manager, Erin is amazing)! They are all so friendly, make you feel comfort to ask questions, and they are extremely knowledgeable. Everything is always super clean and an overall great atmosphere!!! I highly recommend it! ♥️

New clean facilities and beds. Warm friendly staff who remember you after a few times. Staff always remind you about deals and products on sale. The manager Erin is fantastic! Professional full service place with a hometown feel! I highly recommend!!
