Not happy at all with this company. I started spray tans April 2016 in Decatur Al.. In November 2016 I wanted to discontinue the service. Told the associate at the counter and she said okay that is fine. The company continued to withdraw monthly payments. Little did I know I was supposed to sign some paper in order to discontinue. No one mentioned this to me so how was I supposed to know this? Will never be back.
The ladies at PBT in Decatur, are very gracious courteous and most helpful. They greeted me with a smile and helped me with a tanning plan for myself so I did not burn and even suggested some products. I have been a customer of PBT for some time and I really enjoy it. You have a great team in Decatur !!! THUMBS UP LADIES
Always friendly staff and cool beds. A little pricey. Hate having to wait 24 hours!!! The waiting period is why I only gave 4 stars.
Do not waste your money here if you want to tan in the Versa Spa. I pay $50 a month and the only thing I use there is the Versa Spa and last year it was broken for a month and this year it has already been broken for a week so they are well on their way to wasting my money again. They have to send someone from corporate and apparently corporate doesn't care as long as they are getting my money. This is BS.
I like the Staff Friendly but wish I could co Tan like with a friend beside me only one bed pre room want to socialize not only tan!!!
I Love tanning at this salon. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their faces.
