Original location: Lakewood Ohio Today I went to initiate my membership that I believed to be frozen only to find out I owe $200 in order to tan again. This is a direct result of my $7 monthly charge not going through, and missing 3 months without a phone call. An email or anything to bring this to my attention. Mike is such a fantastic employee there. Great customer services and product knowledge. He asks the right questions to help assist your in your purchases. When I buy lotions or upgrades, I only buy from Mike. He explains why this product would work better. I came in to just spray last night but ended up buying a new lotion. I purchased the double dip intensifier because he explained the benefits of the lotion. Just had a great experience with Lexi today. I came in to tan and use an upgrade ( I knew I had two left) I was told that the upgrades I had paid for had expired. Unfortunately, I was NEVER told that upgrades expired when they were purchased. Lexi stepped in and took great care of me and apologized for any miscommunication. I live In Medina and The Parma heights Palm Beach is by far my favorite salon to tan at. Thank you!!
